If zero stars was an option, I would give zero stars. The waitress was rude and rushed us, and after thirty seconds of being seated she asked us if we were ready to order. After asking for another few minutes, she waited about 30 seconds before asking again. After 20 minutes of waiting she took our order, before forgetting my drink. The pizzas arrived at least five minutes apart, and were close to raw. My Hawaiian pizza could have been rung out with the amount of unidentified juice on top. There was a sickly amount of raw cheese. I would consider it inedible.

Overall we had a great experience at Bella Cafe Mallow. The service was good and everyone was friendly. At times there seemed to be a bit of a language barrier, so occasionally we didn’t receive exactly what we asked for and had to check with someone else — but honestly, it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t take away from the experience.
The starters were really tasty — we had fries, fried brie, and garlic bread, and everything hit the spot. We also ordered the Hawaiian pizza, which was by far the best pizza I’ve had in the area.
We sat by the door in the window nook, and even with the door opening and closing it was nice and warm thanks to the radiator right next to the table. Very comfortable and cozy.
Would happily come back!

This is a lovely Italian restaurant in Mallow. The service was great and the food tasted authentically Italian. The only problem was the lack of wine choice, just red or white, however I understand you can bring your own. This minor issue aside, I would recommend popping in for something to eat, the prices are reasonable.

The food is consistently great, fresh and tasty. Service is quick, even when it’s busy. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and they go out of their way to accommodate requests without any fuss. It’s also very reasonably priced for the quality you get. Definitely a reliable spot if you’re looking for good food, fast service, and a nice atmosphere. Plus its a BYOD restaurant 😊

Best meal in Ireland so far. Wood-fired pizza and seafood Salad. The crust was thin and light. It could have been slightly crunchier but delicious nonetheless. And the salad had prawns, muscles and squid. All of it was delicious! We can’t wait to come back.
